Based in Dubai, Kami is a 53-foot yacht whose clean, contemporary lines read well from the quay and better still underway. Nothing about her is ostentatious — the appeal lies in proportion and finish rather than statement-making. Inside, the saloon is furnished in quality materials with deep, comfortable seating, and an integrated audio system runs to both interior and exterior speakers, so the mood carries from the lounge out to the deck without interruption. The galley is properly equipped for a full day or more aboard: oven, cooker, sink and a complete set of utensils, which gives the crew genuine scope rather than the token provision found on many yachts this size. Accommodation is arranged across three cabins for up to six guests. Detailed bed configuration is available on request. Life aboard divides naturally between the sun deck — the place to settle in once the anchor is down — and the air-conditioned calm of the saloon when the afternoon heat builds. The Gulf's sheltered waters and short passages suit this kind of day-and-overnight cruising particularly well. The crew is trained in hospitality, safety and navigation, and their instinct is to anticipate rather than react: the sequence of the day organises itself around you without needing to be discussed. Water toys and snorkelling equipment are carried aboard for stops along the coast.
