SAMELI — 23m (75.6ft) flybridge catamaran, Balance / Two Oceans Marine Sailing catamarans of this calibre rarely come to the charter market, and SAMELI is one of the few that genuinely delivers on both halves of the promise: performance under sail, and comfort at anchor. Built by Two Oceans Marine to a Balance design, she carries the hallmarks of a yard that builds for real passage-making rather than showroom appeal. Under sail she settles comfortably into 12 to 15 knots, and has recorded 25 — figures that change the way a charter week works. Islands that would otherwise mean a long motoring transfer become an afternoon's sail, which in the Greek archipelago is worth more than any single piece of equipment on board. A refit completed in 2023 keeps her presentation current. Inside, the approach is restrained: an open-plan saloon in natural wood tones, uncluttered lines, and glazing that keeps the light moving through the interior all day. The sea-level windows are the detail guests remember — at anchor in a quiet bay, the water sits right there at eye level, close enough that the boundary between saloon and sea more or less disappears. Accommodation is arranged across five cabins, each with a double bed, sleeping up to ten guests. It is a genuinely flexible layout for two or three families travelling together, or a group of couples who each want their own space at the end of the day. The flybridge gives the yacht a second social level: a place to take the helm under sail, or simply to sit out of the way while the anchorage fills up below.
