Oceanis 40.1 — Croatia A brand-new Oceanis 40.1, sailing the Dalmatian coast in her first seasons. This generation of Oceanis was drawn around a simple idea: give a 40-footer the deck and interior volume of a larger yacht without dulling the way she sails. The result is unusually generous space for her class, and a hull that still rewards a proper breeze — the kind of yacht you can genuinely sail between islands rather than motor across. Belowdecks, three cabins each with a double bed, accommodating up to eight guests. The layout is straightforward and well thought out, which is exactly what you want on a week where the day is spent outside and the cabin is somewhere to sleep after a long dinner ashore. Croatia suits her particularly well: short hops between Hvar, Vis, Korčula and the Kornati, sheltered anchorages, and enough afternoon wind to make the sailing part of the holiday rather than a transfer between destinations. The yacht is offered with crew, handling navigation, provisioning and the daily rhythm on board — leaving you to decide little more than where to drop anchor for lunch.
A selection in the same zone, with a comparable profile.
