PANORAMA II — 50m / 164ft, French Polynesia At 50 metres, PANORAMA II belongs to a category of her own: a 2004-built gulet operating on a cabin-charter basis, which means you can book individually rather than taking the whole yacht. Twenty-five cabins accommodate up to 49 guests — the scale of a small ship, with the informality that has always defined gulet cruising under sail. Her cruising ground is the reason to be aboard. French Polynesia rewards a vessel that can carry guests comfortably between distant atolls without hurrying: at a 10-knot cruise, passages become part of the voyage rather than an interval between anchorages. Long days at sea, lagoon arrivals, and the particular quiet of a wide deck at anchor in the Society or Tuamotu islands. A crew of sixteen looks after the yacht and her guests — a ratio that keeps service attentive across a large passenger complement, from the galley and interior to deck operations and tender work.
