Dufour 470 — Greece The Dufour 470 carries the yard's signature in its lines while pushing them somewhere more contemporary. The hull shape and the easy flow of the deck layout are what you notice first: a sailing yacht that reads as modern and uncluttered, with the kind of simplicity that tends to age into a classic rather than out of one. Below, the layout is unusually generous for a yacht of this size. Four cabins are fitted with a double bed, and a fifth offers a single sleeping place, for a total of nine guests. It is a configuration that suits a family cruise as readily as a group of friends sharing the boat. The Greek islands are the natural setting for this kind of programme — short passages between anchorages, reliable summer breeze, and a coastline where a sailing yacht still makes more sense than anything else. Your crew handles the sailing, the provisioning and the day-to-day rhythm on board, leaving you to decide how much of the itinerary you want to plan and how much to leave open.
