Xclusive 16 — 92ft, based in Dubai Ninety-two feet of clean exterior lines and a well-judged interior, working the Dubai coastline: Xclusive 16 is built for the kind of day that starts with a slow cruise past the skyline and ends with the city lighting up behind you. Inside, the treatment is warm rather than showy. Parquet timber underfoot, wood-panelled walls softened by pale fabric inserts, discreet ceiling lighting that keeps the mood low once the sun drops. Wide windows run the length of the yacht, so the saloon and dining area stay bright and outward-looking through the day — the blue outside does most of the decorating. A full Bose surround system is installed throughout, and the whole interior is air-conditioned, which in this cruising ground is less a luxury than a necessity. Accommodation is arranged across three cabins, with full-beam VIP volume putting real width and comfortable berths where you want them. Detailed bed configuration is available on request. The deck spaces are what make her work as a day and evening yacht. Forward, aft and up top, there is genuine room to spread out — enough for a group to find its own corners rather than all crowd one bench. The sundeck is the centrepiece: generous in size, with a bar and BBQ area that turns easily from a long lunch into an evening under the stars, or into something considerably louder if that is the brief.
