HUSCHELL II

Oceanis 41 — Greece A well-proportioned cruising yacht for the Greek islands, the Oceanis 41 handles the short hops between anchorages and the longer offshore passages with equal composure. Nothing exotic, nothing fussy — simply a hull that sails well and asks little of you beyond the pleasure of being aboard. The cockpit is the centre of gravity here. Twin helms give you a genuine seat at the sailing, with clear sightlines to the sails and the horizon, while the up-to-date instrumentation keeps navigation straightforward rather than technical. It is a space designed to be lived in: long lunches at anchor, the afternoon shade, the evening watch as the light goes off the water. Below, three cabins each fitted with a double bed accommodate six guests — a layout that suits three couples, or a family with grown children, without anyone drawing the short straw. Straightforward, spacious and easy to enjoy, she is a sensible choice for a week spent island-hopping in the Aegean or the Ionian, wherever the wind and your itinerary lead.
