## Lupus Mare — 43m · Brodosplit · Croatia Some yachts are built for a couple; Lupus Mare is built for a gathering. Forty-three metres, fifteen cabins, thirty-four guests and ten crew: she belongs to that particular Croatian tradition of large-capacity charter yachts that let an entire family, a company retreat or a group of friends move together along the Adriatic without anyone being left ashore. Launched in 2011 by Brodosplit, the long-established Croatian shipyard, she has since been thoroughly brought up to date, with a refit completed in 2023 that modernised her technical systems and added a genuine wellness and entertainment offering aboard — cinema, jacuzzi, gym and sauna. Accommodation is arranged over fifteen en-suite cabins: eight with a double bed, three with twin beds, and four further cabins whose configuration can be detailed on request. All are air-conditioned, with private shower en-suite, safe, hairdryer and Starlink connectivity throughout, plus two day heads elsewhere on board. It is a layout designed for flexibility — couples, children, colleagues — rather than a rigid hierarchy of one owner's cabin and a few guest berths. The heart of the interior sits on the upper deck, where saloon, dining and lounge areas open into one another with bar service on hand. It works as easily for a long lunch that stretches into the afternoon as for a proper dinner after a day at anchor. Above, the sundeck is the yacht's real social currency: broad, uncluttered, generously supplied with sun loungers, and large enough that thirty-plus guests never feel stacked on top of one another. Below decks, the sauna has become the natural post-swim ritual — half an hour of quiet before dinner, after a day of diving off the stern. The gym is properly equipped rather than token: yoga mats, Pilates balls, TRX bands, dumbbells and skipping ropes, enough to keep a morning routine intact through a full week aboard. A crew of ten runs the yacht — a ratio that matters at this guest count, and one that shows in the rhythm of service, the turnaround between activities and the discreet handling of a large group's shifting plans. They know these waters well: the Dalmatian islands, the walled towns, the anchorages worth reaching before the day boats, and the restaurants that justify a tender ride. For time on the water, Lupus Mare carries snorkelling and fishing gear, an inflatable water slide, a jet ski, paddleboards, kayaks and a Seabob — a set that keeps swimmers, thrill-seekers and early-morning explorers equally occupied.
