CHARTER IN THE BAHAMAS ABOARD M/Y PRIVILEGE Some yachts are designed around a silhouette; PRIVILEGE was designed around the way people actually live on board. Built as a bespoke project by WHS Marine, she is defined less by statement styling than by an unusually intelligent use of volume — every square metre of her layout worked out to open the interior toward the water rather than seal it off from it. The result is a yacht where the boundary between inside and outside stays deliberately blurred, and where movement from deck to saloon feels continuous rather than staged. A refit completed in 2023 keeps her presentation and systems current. Accommodation is arranged over four cabins for eight guests. The owner's cabin anchors the layout, followed by two cabins each with a double bed, and a fourth with twin beds — a configuration that suits a family group as readily as two or three couples travelling together. PRIVILEGE operates year-round in the Bahamas, which is precisely the cruising ground her design rewards: shallow, luminous water, short hops between cays, and long days spent outdoors with the interior kept close at hand. Her crew handles the itinerary, the anchorages and the rhythm of each day with the discretion that makes a private charter feel effortless.
