S/Y ALOIA 80 — Fountaine Pajot 80, cruising Greece A Fountaine Pajot 80 is a sailing catamaran built around one idea: living space that doesn't feel borrowed from anywhere. On ALOIA 80, that translates into a flybridge broad enough to work as a genuine open-air terrace, a forward cockpit with proper seating for the passage out of an anchorage, and an aft cockpit that becomes the natural centre of the day — long lunches under shade, sundowners as the light drops behind the islands. Below and inside, the volumes are contemporary and unusually generous, with the galley placed down to keep the main living areas clear and social. Accommodation is arranged over five cabins for ten guests: an owner's cabin plus four cabins with queen-size beds, each with its own private bathroom. Detailed bed configuration on request. Under sail she offers the thing motor yachts can't — the quiet, the heel, the sense of actually moving with the weather. At anchor, the sunpads on the flybridge and foredeck make the case for staying put. A professional crew of three — captain, deck/stewardess and chef — runs the yacht and the days aboard, from the galley to the shaping of an itinerary through the Cyclades, the Saronic or the Ionian, according to wind and mood. A well-conceived, easy-living charter catamaran for a family or a group of friends who want Greece at sailing pace, without giving up space.
