Mathieu, founder of BellaYacht Charter

I personally support you in choosing and booking your yacht, by the day or by the week. A yacht broker since 2015, I founded BellaYacht Charter in 2019 to give access to a fleet of some of the finest units available in the Mediterranean and beyond — no unnecessary middlemen.

My commitment: a fast, personal response to every request, concrete proposals rather than a plain catalog, and support at every step — from the first contact to your return to port.

Greece, under sail. That is the whole proposition here, and the Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 440 makes a convincing case for it. A sailing yacht should read as elegant before anything else — long, taut lines, details half-concealed rather than displayed. The Sun Odyssey 440 has that discipline, and it has pace to go with it: a hull built to move properly when the meltemi fills in, not merely to look composed at anchor. Anyone who has spent a week working their way through the Cyclades knows how much that distinction matters by the third afternoon. Below, the layout is straightforward and generous: four cabins, each with a double bed, accommodating up to ten guests. No hierarchy of good and lesser cabins to negotiate with your group — a genuine advantage on a charter shared between families or friends. Greek waters suit this yacht. Short hops between islands, long tacks across open channels, evenings in a harbour where the tavernas start at the waterline. She is sized to reach the anchorages the larger yachts leave alone, and to do it quickly.
