Sun Odyssey 54DS — Greece A deck-saloon cruiser built for people who actually want to sail. The 54DS carries her performance credentials without fuss: quality deck hardware maintained in pristine condition, a rig and sail plan that reward a proper breeze, and the kind of handling that makes an afternoon crossing between Greek islands a pleasure rather than a passage to endure. Below, five cabins sleep up to ten guests. Four are fitted with double beds, with a further cabin offering a single bed — a layout that suits two or three families sharing a week, or a group of friends who value having a door to close at the end of the day. The raised deck saloon is what sets this model apart: natural light, a genuine view out while under way, and an interior that stays connected to the water rather than hidden from it. For Greece in summer, few boats of this size strike the balance better.
