Pareaki II — 39.08m · Greece Italian-built and drawn by Roberto Del Re, Pareaki II belongs to that generation of displacement motor yachts conceived around seakeeping first: a hull that holds its line in a building meltemi and keeps the saloon quiet when the Cyclades decide to make their presence felt. Thirty-nine metres of volume, used intelligently rather than merely displayed. A refit completed in 2023 brought the yacht up to current standards throughout, and the interior reflects it — contemporary, restrained, built around panoramic windows that pull the Aegean light deep into the living spaces. The palette stays neutral and the furnishings soft, which is the right instinct on a yacht of this size: the view does the talking, the interior simply frames it. Accommodation is arranged over six cabins for twelve guests. An owner's cabin and two VIP cabins form the core of the layout, joined by two cabins with twin beds and a further cabin with a single bed and an additional upper berth — a configuration that works as easily for two families sharing as for a group of friends. Detailed bed layouts are available on request. Life on board settles quickly into a rhythm dictated by the anchorages. Breakfast on deck as the bay wakes up, long alfresco lunches under the awning, and the jacuzzi for the hours when the sun is still generous and nobody has any intention of going ashore. The exterior decks are the real living rooms here, as they should be in Greece. The permanent crew runs the yacht discreetly and knows the cruising ground — the difference between a good itinerary and a memorable one usually comes down to knowing which island to reach and at what hour. Greek waters, from the Saronic Gulf to the Cyclades and the Dodecanese, are Pareaki II's natural territory.
