## LEIGH — 27.32m Mochi Craft There is a particular kind of yacht that suits the Western Mediterranean without trying too hard, and LEIGH belongs to that family. Built by Mochi Craft in 1996 and refitted in 2009, this 27.32m (89ft) motor yacht carries the unmistakable signature of an Italian yard with deep roots in classic motor-yacht construction — proportions that have aged well, and a presence at anchor that owes nothing to fashion. Her cruising ground says a great deal about her: Barcelona as a base, the Balearics within easy reach. At a 12-knot cruise, with 18 knots available when the timetable demands it, she is built for the rhythm of that coastline — a morning crossing, an afternoon at anchor off Ibiza or Mallorca, dinner back within sight of the lights. Below, four cabins accommodate eight guests: two cabins with a double bed and two cabins arranged with twin beds. It is a genuinely usable layout — well suited to two families sharing a week, or to a group of friends who value having proper space of their own rather than a compromise berth. A crew of four looks after the yacht and her guests. On a vessel of this size, that ratio is what makes the difference between chartering a yacht and simply borrowing one: the day is organised around you, the details are anticipated, and the service stays discreet rather than ever-present. LEIGH is a straightforward proposition, and an honest one — a well-kept, well-crewed Italian-built superyacht for exploring the Spanish coast and the islands beyond it.
