CATALEYA — Adriatic Sea, Croatia Cataleya belongs to a very Croatian tradition: the small cruise yacht built for the Dalmatian coast, where the distances between islands are short, the anchorages are many, and the pleasure lies in waking up somewhere new each morning without ever feeling rushed. She carries up to 21 guests across nine cabins — enough space for a large family group or a gathering of friends, yet still on a scale where everyone eats at the same table. Her refit was completed in 2020. Accommodation is spread over nine cabins, four of them with a double bed and two arranged with twin beds; the configuration of the remaining three can be confirmed on request. Each has its own private bathroom and proper storage for a week's worth of swimwear, linens and shore clothes — the kind of practical detail that matters more than it sounds when a full complement is aboard for several days. Life on board organises itself naturally between two levels. The sun deck, laid out with mattresses and cushions, is where most of the cruising hours are spent — the Kornati and central Dalmatian islands sliding past, the Jacuzzi within reach for a cool-down before the next leg. On the main deck, dining is served in the open air with the view as the backdrop; when the midday heat asks for shade, the interior lounge is air-conditioned and fitted with a television, an easy place to linger over a long lunch. Watersports are kept simple and genuinely usable: paddleboarding, waterskiing, and snorkelling equipment for the clear-water coves that make this coastline what it is. Cataleya is family-owned, with a long tradition of chartering behind her and a crew chosen with care — the kind of team that knows the anchorages, the timings and the small courtesies that make a week aboard run quietly and well.
