Alessandro I is built for exactly that — a classic 40-metre motor-sailer, kept in immaculate condition and refitted in 2019, offering genuine sail passages without asking her guests to give up a single comfort. Accommodation runs to five cabins for ten guests. The owner's cabin is the centrepiece, a generous 28.7 sqm suite that owes more to a villa than to a yacht. Three further cabins each have a double bed, and a fifth is fitted with twin beds — a layout families tend to appreciate, since it keeps children close without crowding anyone. iPads in each cabin and televisions inside and out on deck round out the practical side. Her deck spaces are the real living rooms: broad, shaded, arranged so that lunch, an afternoon in the sun and a long dinner can each find their own corner without anyone moving furniture. She is home-ported at D-Marin Mandalina in Šibenik, which makes arrivals straightforward, and she is genuinely at home in the waters around Vis — Stiniva, Budikovac, Ravnik, the Blue and Green Caves. This is where a crew that knows the archipelago earns its keep: tables secured at restaurants that don't take walk-ins, and quiet evenings on board with live music brought aboard — sax, keys, or a klapa ensemble. Six professional crew look after the yacht year-round, with a service culture that keeps her guest-ready every day of the season rather than only on changeover.
