M/Y GIGI — Sunreef 70 Power, 2025 Launched in 2025, GIGI is one of the most recent additions to Sunreef's 70 Power line — a Polish-built power catamaran whose appeal rests on something simple and hard to fake: volume. The multihull platform gives her the kind of beam that turns a 70-footer into a genuinely spacious yacht, with wide, level living spaces rather than the narrow corridors of a comparable monohull. Her interiors have been curated with a strong point of view, closer to a collector's space than a conventional charter fit-out, with bespoke materials chosen for the way they feel as much as the way they look. The layout flows continuously from the saloon to the aft deck, so the boundary between inside and outside is more a matter of shade than of structure — a real advantage in the Mediterranean summer, when guests naturally migrate through the day. Accommodation is arranged over four cabins, each with a double bed, sleeping eight guests. The consistency of the layout is worth noting: no compromise cabin, no hierarchy imposed on the group — useful for two or three families travelling together, or a party of friends where nobody wants to draw the short straw. The flybridge is where a Sunreef power catamaran shows its logic best: a large, open deck for lunch in the shade, sundowners with a 360-degree horizon, and the panoramic sightlines that come with sitting high above a wide hull. GIGI cruises Corsica, the French Riviera and Monaco, the Provence coast and Marseille, along with Sardinia, Sicily and both the northern and southern Italian mainland — a cruising range that suits her equally for short Riviera weeks and longer island itineraries. Her crew look after the yacht and its guests with the discretion the format calls for, and a Seabob is on board for exploring the coastline and the coves that are easier reached from the water than from the deck.
