Mathieu, founder of BellaYacht Charter

I personally support you in choosing and booking your yacht, by the day or by the week. A yacht broker since 2015, I founded BellaYacht Charter in 2019 to give access to a fleet of some of the finest units available in the Mediterranean and beyond — no unnecessary middlemen.

My commitment: a fast, personal response to every request, concrete proposals rather than a plain catalog, and support at every step — from the first contact to your return to port.

Sunreef Power 80 — Western Mediterranean *Seiya* belongs to a generation of catamarans that changed what owners expect from the format. Built by Sunreef in Poland, the Power 80 was named Best Catamaran at the World Yachts Trophies on her release in 2020, and the model has held its position as a reference for motor catamarans ever since — less for the trophy than for the layout logic behind it. The numbers explain the impression before you step aboard. Just under 24 metres of hull, a beam of close to 12 metres, and roughly 380 m² of usable surface for guests. In practice, you stop registering the length entirely. The volume is spread wide rather than stacked high, which keeps the whole yacht low to the water and unusually generous underfoot. Accommodation is for eight guests across four cabins, set in the hulls, with quarters for four crew. The owner's cabin is the most complete of them: walk-in dressing room, a large adjoining shower room and a separate toilet. Two VIP cabins follow, and a fourth cabin with twin beds completes the lower deck. Detailed bed configuration available on request. The main deck is where the yacht makes its case. The saloon sits between the hulls, glazed on all sides and full of light — a genuine living room in the sense that everyone drifts through it: to cook, to eat, to pour a drink, to watch the coast slide past. The galley is integrated with enough restraint that it reads as joinery rather than kitchen. The helm station is deliberately part of the space, not sealed away from it, which lets the Captain make navigation something guests take part in rather than something happening elsewhere. Outside is arguably better. A full-height bay window retracts into the structure, so the saloon and the aft terrace become one continuous space when you want them to. The terrace carries a second dining area and a broad sunbathing zone, and leads down to a wide hydraulic bathing platform that bridges the two hulls — the easiest sea access you will find at this size, and the reason most days end in the water rather than on deck. From the same terrace you can walk forward to a bow lounging area that surprises people twice: once for its size, once for how close it sits to the surface. It is the right place for an aperitif at anchor. The flybridge would suit a yacht twice her length. Another dining area, a bar and barbecue, and a considerable expanse of sunpads — enough that the yacht comfortably absorbs eight guests wanting different things at the same time. A well-conceived yacht is only half of a good charter. *Seiya* runs with a crew of four, young, professional and genuinely enthusiastic, with the judgement to be present when needed and invisible when not. The balance struck on board is a relaxed one — attentive service without formality — which suits both families and groups of friends. Cruising grounds cover France, Italy, Corsica, Sardinia and the Bay of Naples: shallow-draught anchorages and short hops between islands, exactly the itinerary this platform was drawn for.
