Under sail, ATLANTIC belongs to a rare category: a 64.50m (212ft) schooner-scale sailing superyacht, launched in 2010 by the Dutch yard Van Der Graaf BV and given a full refit completed in 2025. At that length, a sailing yacht stops being simply a means of moving between anchorages and becomes the reason for the voyage itself. She cruises at 10 knots, with a top speed of 12 — the unhurried rhythm of a yacht built for real passages rather than short hops, and the reason her programme reads like a genuine cruising calendar rather than a marina schedule. Accommodation is arranged across six en-suite cabins for twelve guests: the owner's cabin, two cabins with a double bed, one cabin with twin beds, and two cabins with bunk beds. It is a layout that works as easily for two or three families travelling together as for a single group taking the yacht across an ocean. Detailed bed configuration is available on request. Twelve crew look after her — a ratio that matters more on a sailing yacht of this size than on any motor yacht, since handling the rig and running the interior service happen simultaneously, and neither should ever be visible as effort from the guest side. Her availability is where ATLANTIC becomes genuinely interesting. She can be chartered for a transatlantic crossing back to the Mediterranean, ahead of a summer 2026 season between the South of France, Italy, Sicily and Sardinia. Equally, she is available for an eastbound-to-westbound Atlantic passage towards the Caribbean, where she will spend winter 2026/2027, before Costa Rica and Panama in spring 2027 and, to be confirmed, French Polynesia the following summer. Few yachts of this scale offer that kind of itinerary in sequence. Fewer still let you join for the crossing itself.
