At 82 feet, with a refit completed in 2018, she reads as a yacht that has been maintained to a standard, not simply kept afloat — and she operates exclusively in Sydney Harbour, which means her crew know every mooring, every sheltered bay and exactly where to be when the light turns gold behind the bridge. Accommodation Four cabins accommodate eight guests overnight. The layout comprises an owner's cabin, a VIP cabin, and two further cabins fitted with twin beds. Detailed bed configuration is available on request. Living aboard The main saloon is arranged as a single open volume — lounge and dining flowing into one another, framed by floor-to-ceiling glazing. In this harbour, that glass does a great deal of work: the Opera House, the bridge, the headlands all become part of the room. Fine materials, plenty of natural light, and a layout that works equally well for a long lunch or a quiet morning with coffee. Outside, the teak aft deck is the natural centre of gravity for dining in the open air. The foredeck is given over to sunbathing, and the flybridge — with its retractable sunroof — offers the full panorama, sheltered or open depending on the hour and the weather. It is a sensible distribution of space: three distinct outdoor areas, each with its own character, so guests spread out rather than compete for the same seat. Systems and toys A surround sound system with Bluetooth connectivity runs through the entertaining spaces. For time at anchor, Element carries paddleboards and a floating water mat, with an inflatable waterslide available as an option. Crew and service The crew are Sydney Harbour specialists, and it shows in the pacing of a charter day — the anchorage chosen for the breeze, the timing of the return leg for sunset.
