Mathieu, founder of BellaYacht Charter

I personally support you in choosing and booking your yacht, by the day or by the week. A yacht broker since 2015, I founded BellaYacht Charter in 2019 to give access to a fleet of some of the finest units available in the Mediterranean and beyond — no unnecessary middlemen.

My commitment: a fast, personal response to every request, concrete proposals rather than a plain catalog, and support at every step — from the first contact to your return to port.

Babalu — Greece Babalu's appeal comes down to volume. Indoors and out, the spaces are unusually generous for a yacht of this kind, and they are laid out to be lived in rather than admired from a distance. The signature is the forward deck saloon, reached directly from inside and open to the water. It is the sort of space that quietly reorganises a day on board: coffee there in the morning with the anchorage waking up around you, shade and conversation through the afternoon, and the whole group gathered in one place as the light drops over the Aegean. Accommodation is arranged across five cabins, each with a double bed, for a total of ten guests. The symmetry matters more than it sounds — no one is handed the lesser cabin, which makes Babalu straightforward to fill with two or three families, or with a group of friends travelling together. Greece plays to her strengths. The Cyclades, the Saronic islands and the Ionian all reward a yacht built around shared space, where the cruising is punctuated by long lunches, swim stops and evenings alongside in port. On board, the crew handle the running of the yacht and the rhythm of the day so that guests simply arrive, settle in, and let the itinerary unfold.
