## CAUSTIC — 40m Motorsailer There is a particular rhythm to cruising under sail along the Turkish coast: the engines fall silent, the canvas fills, and the shoreline slides past at a pace that suits the landscape rather than fighting it. CAUSTIC, a 40-metre motorsailer launched in 2007, is built for exactly that — the reach and self-sufficiency of a motor yacht, with the option of sailing when the wind and the mood agree. A refit completed in 2022 brought her back up to current charter standard, a meaningful detail on a yacht of this generation and one that shows in the way she presents today. Accommodation Six cabins host up to twelve guests. The layout is unusually generous at the top: two owner's cabins rather than the customary single one, which makes CAUSTIC a natural fit for two families or two couples chartering together without either party feeling like the guest. Alongside them, two VIP cabins each with a double bed, plus two further guest cabins. Detailed bed configuration is available on request. Service A crew of seven looks after twelve guests — a ratio that allows the service to stay attentive without ever becoming intrusive. Deck, galley and interior are covered properly, which on a Turkish itinerary of early departures, long lunches at anchor and evenings alongside in the old harbours is precisely what makes the difference.
