Tigra is a 38-metre steel-hulled sailing yacht launched by Mastori Yachts in Bodrum in 2008, with interiors drawn by Ken Freivokh Design — a name that explains a good deal about the clean, contemporary feel below decks. A refit completed in 2020 keeps her current, and her cruising ground remains the one she was conceived for: the Aegean, the Greek islands and the Turkish coast. Under sail she is genuinely a sailing yacht rather than a motor yacht with a mast, holding 10 knots at cruise with 13 available — the kind of pace that lets you leave an anchorage after breakfast and be somewhere entirely different by the time the light softens. Accommodation is arranged over five cabins for ten guests: an owner's cabin, a VIP cabin, a further cabin with a double bed, and two cabins fitted with twin beds. Detailed bed configuration is available on request. The deck spaces are generous for her length, and the hydraulic lifting swim platform is the detail that changes the rhythm of a day at anchor — it turns the stern into a proper sea-level terrace rather than a ladder and a hope. Indoors, there is a satellite TV system, LCD screens, Bose audio and a sound system running throughout the yacht, Wi-Fi, docking stations for personal devices, and board games for the slower afternoons. A crew of six runs her, sized for attentive service without ever crowding the yacht. For time in the water, Tigra carries a 5.50m Joker RIB tender, along with a sea kayak, stand-up paddleboard, wakeboard, water-skis, donut and tube, snorkelling equipment and fishing gear.
