IL FRATELLO — 24m custom gulet-motorsailer, Turkey There is a particular rhythm to cruising the Turkish coast under sail, and IL FRATELLO was built for it. A custom gulet-motorsailer of 24 metres, launched in 2002 and given a full refit in 2022, she belongs to a tradition of Turkish-built charter yachts designed around long summer days, sheltered anchorages and the slow transitions between coves that make this coastline what it is. Accommodation is arranged over four cabins for eight guests: three with a double bed, and a fourth fitted with twin beds — a practical layout for two or three families sharing, or a group of friends who want their own space at the end of the day. The 2022 refit brought the interior and systems back up to standard, which matters more than it sounds on a yacht of this type: it is the difference between a gulet that simply works and one that feels properly looked after. Her cruising ground runs the classic circuit — Göcek and its scatter of islands, the deep bays around Marmaris, and north towards Bodrum. These are waters best explored at gulet pace: anchor for lunch, swim off the stern, move on when it suits you. A permanent crew runs the yacht and looks after guests throughout, handling navigation, meals and the daily logistics of life on board, so the week unfolds without anyone having to think about it.
