MIRAMARE

MIRAMARE is a 20-metre (65ft) luxury gulet, launched in 2007 and refitted in 2020 — the kind of traditional hull that still makes the most sense along the Turkish coast, where the anchorages are close together and the day rarely needs to be rushed. Accommodation is arranged over four cabins, each with a double bed and en-suite facilities, for a total of eight guests. The layout is deliberately uncomplicated: four equivalent cabins, no hierarchy to negotiate, which suits a group of couples or a family travelling together as much as a single party chartering the whole yacht. Life on board follows the rhythm of a gulet rather than that of a motor yacht. Cruising at 12 knots, MIRAMARE is built for short passages between bays, long afternoons at anchor and meals taken on deck rather than for covering distance. The 2020 refit brought the yacht up to current standards while keeping that character intact. A crew of three looks after the yacht and its guests, handling the navigation, the galley and the daily service with the discretion that a boat of this size allows — close enough to know your preferences by the second day, never intrusive. Available in the Western Mediterranean and Turkey through the summer season.
