INDULGENCE — Fountaine Pajot Alegria 67, 2023 A 2023 Alegria 67 is Fountaine Pajot's flagship sailing catamaran, and INDULGENCE makes the case for the platform straight away: volume where it counts, a genuine performance rig, and the kind of stability under sail that lets guests keep a glass on the table between the Virgins. Accommodation is arranged across five en-suite cabins for ten guests — four with queen-size beds, plus a cabin with bunk beds that works equally well for younger guests or a travelling nanny. Every cabin has its own bathroom, which on a charter of this size is what separates a comfortable week from a negotiated one. The 39 m² saloon is the social heart of the yacht: dining and lounging share the same open, light-filled space, with the cockpit just a step away through the glass. Above, the 37 m² flybridge is where most of the day tends to happen — helm, sunpads and shade in one place, with sightlines across the whole anchorage. Forward, the jacuzzi is set into the foredeck, well placed for the hour either side of sunset. Under sail, the performance rig gives her real legs on the trade-wind reaches between St. Thomas, Jost Van Dyke and the Baths — long, quiet passages rather than motoring from bay to bay. The crew runs the yacht on a fully bespoke basis, from menus built around your preferences to itineraries adjusted daily with the wind.
