Delivered in 2024 by Lagoon, NEW LAGOON 51 is a 15.35m (50ft) sailing catamaran built by one of the most established names in multihull cruising — a yard whose reputation rests on space, stability and easy living rather than on spectacle. The layout accommodates 14 guests across 8 cabins, an unusually generous count for a yacht of this size and one that makes her a natural fit for larger family groups or two or three couples travelling together. Detailed bed configuration is available on request. What a catamaran of this generation offers is a particular rhythm on board: level decks under sail, shallow draft that opens up anchorages a monohull would have to admire from a distance, and the kind of open-plan volume between saloon and cockpit where the day drifts from breakfast to sundowners without anyone really moving. Sardinia rewards exactly that — the Maddalena archipelago, Costa Smeralda, the granite coves of the north-east coast, all within comfortable day sails. She is offered with a professional crew of one, discreet and hands-on, handling the yacht and looking after guests throughout the charter.
