Mathieu, founder of BellaYacht Charter

I personally support you in choosing and booking your yacht, by the day or by the week. A yacht broker since 2015, I founded BellaYacht Charter in 2019 to give access to a fleet of some of the finest units available in the Mediterranean and beyond — no unnecessary middlemen.

My commitment: a fast, personal response to every request, concrete proposals rather than a plain catalog, and support at every step — from the first contact to your return to port.

A Swan 76 launched in 2006 and given a full refit in 2024, LA LOÉVIE belongs to that small category of yachts that genuinely deliver on both counts: a serious performance sailing yacht that also knows how to look after her guests. The numbers explain a great deal. All-carbon construction keeps her displacement to just 33.5 tonnes over 23.20 metres — remarkably light for a yacht of this size — while the 32-metre rig carries a sail area that translates directly into pace and a properly engaged feel on the helm. She is available for cruising and for racing, and she is credible in both roles: stiff and composed when the breeze fills in, unfussy when the plan is simply to reach the next anchorage before lunch. Below, three ensuite cabins accommodate six guests. Two have a double bed, the third is arranged with twin beds. The interior is finished in warm teak, and heating as well as air conditioning are fitted throughout — the kind of detail that quietly extends the cruising season at either end of the summer, and one of the reasons an owner's yacht of Italian sensibility like this one remains comfortable well beyond the peak weeks. A professional crew of three runs the yacht, handling the sailing and the service side with equal attention, so guests can take as active a part in the day's sailing as they wish — or none at all. For a charter party that wants the satisfaction of real sailing without giving up comfort at anchor, LA LOÉVIE strikes an unusually well-judged balance.
