Drawn in 1964 and launched in 1966 by the Ligurian yard Sangermani, Paulena has been kept faithful to her original design throughout her life, with a refit completed in 2012. Onboard systems reflect a yacht kept properly current: television with video, interior and exterior stereo, a PC with internet connection and satellite telephone. Snorkelling gear and sport-fishing tackle are aboard for the anchorages that invite it. Crew quarters and the galley are forward, in separate compartments with their own access — a classic arrangement that keeps service discreet and the guest areas entirely yours. Paulena is run by a professional crew, and the galley is a point of real pride: the table here is taken seriously, with a wide choice of dishes and good Italian wines to match.
