## MARITIMUS — 24m Princess, cruising Thailand Built by Princess Yachts in 2012 and refitted in 2021, MARITIMUS is a 24-metre (78ft) motor yacht based in Thai waters — a length that reads as genuinely manageable in this part of the world, where the pleasure lies in slipping between islands rather than announcing your arrival. The accommodation is unusually consistent for a yacht of this size: four cabins, each with a double bed and its own en-suite, sleeping eight guests. No hierarchy of "who gets the good cabin", no compromise berth tucked away forward — a layout that works particularly well for two or three couples travelling together, or for a family where the grown children expect their own space. Princess builds interiors that wear well, and the 2021 refit keeps this one current. Underway, MARITIMUS cruises at 15 knots — enough to cover a decent stretch of the Andaman coast after breakfast and still be anchored somewhere quiet before the light goes.
