O’REMINGTON

Launched in Naples in 1946, O'Remington is a schooner with a genuine story behind her — one that runs straight through the golden years of La Dolce Vita. From Lord Remington to Federico Fellini and Maria Callas, her guest list reads like a roll call of the era's defining figures, and that lineage is still what sets her apart from anything else on the Riviera today. A refit completed in 2021 brought her back to form, and she now operates out of Cannes along the French coast. Under sail, she offers something a modern hull simply cannot replicate: the motion, the proportions and the craftsmanship of a classic yacht, maintained to a standard that makes her entirely comfortable for contemporary chartering. Accommodation is arranged across five cabins for ten guests, comprising the owner's cabin, three cabins with a double bed each, and a fifth fitted with twin beds. Her character makes her a natural choice for private events and occasions where the setting matters as much as the itinerary — a wedding, a milestone celebration, a gathering during one of the Riviera's festival weeks.
