## XANA — 45m Codecasa Some yachts are refreshed. XANA was rebuilt. Formerly chartering as OURANOS TOO, this 45-metre Codecasa came out of a complete rebuild in 2021 with enough substance behind the work to earn a nomination for Best Rebuild Yacht at the 2022 World Superyacht Awards — a category where the judging tends to be unsentimental. What emerged is a yacht with the structural seriousness of an Italian displacement build and an interior that reads entirely of its current decade. She is based in Greece, and the itinerary reach is broad: Athens as a starting point, then the Cyclades — Mykonos, Santorini, Paros, Ios — or west towards Corfu, Paxos, Lefkas, Ithaca and Zakynthos, with Rhodes and the Dodecanese within range for longer bookings. Accommodation Six cabins for twelve guests: an owner's cabin, a VIP cabin, two cabins with a double bed and two cabins with twin beds. Detailed bed configuration on request. The layout suits the two charters this size of yacht does best — a single family group with room to spread out, or several couples travelling together without anyone feeling they drew the short cabin. Life on board The exterior volume is the real argument for XANA. Three full decks of outdoor living, each with a different character rather than three variations on the same idea. The sun deck is the social centre: generous lounge seating, open sky, and a freestanding bar set beside the Jacuzzi — close enough that no one has to leave the water to be part of the conversation. A deck below, the bridge deck offers shaded al fresco dining, the place where lunch runs long and dinners stay unhurried. Inside, the rebuild shows in the light. Large windows along the main deck keep the sea present in the room, and the open, contemporary layout avoids the compartmentalised feel of yachts of this vintage that have only been partially updated. The cabins are quieter in tone, designed to be genuinely restful rather than merely impressive. Crew and service XANA runs with a professional crew accustomed to Greek waters — anchorages, timing, and the small logistics that make the difference between a good week and a seamless one. Service is attentive without hovering, and the itinerary is shaped around how you actually want to travel.
