TAISA is built for exactly that. A 19.35-metre sailing yacht from Moody — a British yard whose reputation was earned on seaworthiness rather than showmanship — she came out of the water in 2019 for a refit that brought her presentation and systems back up to standard. Under sail she settles into an easy 8.5-knot cruise, with 10 knots available when the breeze cooperates. It is a pace that suits the Aegean, where the distance between one anchorage and the next is measured in a morning rather than a day. Below, three cabins accommodate six guests, each with en-suite facilities: the owner's cabin, a second cabin with a double bed, and a third with twin beds. Detailed bed configuration on request. A crew of two runs the yacht — the right number for a boat this size, where service is close, personal and unobtrusive rather than choreographed. They handle the sailing, the provisioning and the daily rhythm of the charter, which leaves guests free to do very little beyond deciding which bay to spend the afternoon in.
