Getaway is a sailing yacht built for the kind of cruising Turkey and the Eastern Mediterranean do best: long, unhurried passages under canvas, punctuated by anchorages you reach with the engines off. She sails genuinely well — enough that guests come away remembering the heel of the boat and the sound of water along the hull, not just the comfort below. That comfort is real, and it owes much to her beam. The volume she carries translates into deck space most yachts of her size simply don't have: an uncluttered foredeck, a flybridge large enough to be a proper living area rather than a lookout, and an aft deck set up for dining. A refit completed in 2016 keeps her presentation current. Accommodation is arranged over four cabins for eight guests: an owner's cabin, a VIP cabin, and two further cabins with twin beds. Detailed bed configuration is available on request. The cabins are notably generous for the yacht's length — the kind of proportions usually found a good deal further up the size range. Below, the atmosphere is bright rather than formal. Light interior tones, windows running around the saloon and a skylight drawing daylight into the corridor keep the whole interior feeling open. Meals can be taken on the aft deck, in the saloon or up on the flybridge, depending on the hour and the breeze. All cabins and the saloon have televisions and entertainment systems, with a fold-down screen aft for watching something under the stars. A full complement of games and watersports equipment is carried on board.
